Who is the CEO of Compass Group?
Dominic Blakemore is the Group CEO & Director for Compass Group PLC and Gary R. Green is the Group COO of North America (including Compass Group USA)
Gary Green holds the role of CEO for Compass Group North America, and is a member of the Executive Board of Compass Group PLC, the parent company. Scott McLellan serves as the Executive Director for TouchPoint Support Services and Morrison Living Morrison Living provides various services for hospitals and assisted living facilities throughout Compass Group North America. Bobby Cootteh is the CEO of Compass One Healthcare, a $5 billion organization that provides specialty, single-source nutrition services and supports under the brands Morrison Healthcare and Crothall Healthcare.
Bobby Kutteh began his career at American Hospital Supply, and has held a variety of senior leadership positions at Baxter International, Marriott International, and B. Braun Medical over his career. Throughout Tom Sebastians 35-year career, Tom has held numerous clinical and executive roles with Compass Health, growing its transformative impact through community partnerships, advocacy, and engagement. With more than 20 years of senior HR experience, Lauren Davey brings a dynamic, innovative approach to her role as the chief people and culture officer for the Canadian division of the Compass Group. Prior to joining Compass Group, Lauren Davey worked as the CPO for Hub International, where she introduced the organizations new talent agenda, established leadership and development initiatives, focused on coaching and driving accountability, and created critical initiatives focused on women, millennials, and senior talent. Cindy Noble is the Chief People Officer of North America for a parent company, where she oversees career advancement and wellness for over 280,000 associates.
Chris Kowalewski has played a critical role in the Compass Group North American sales leadership team, driving growth and building the Companys total sales capabilities. Under Jugveer, CDL has helped the parent company establish itself as the digital leader in food, hospitality, and services. Under the leadership of Andy Lansing, Levy has 140 of Compass Groups best locations across North America and around the globe, and over 30,000 teammates delivering Levys hallmark hospitality experience to guests.
Andy Lansing has been on the front lines of Levys explosive, strategic growth for more than 30 years. In 1991, Andy Lansing was promoted to executive vice president, then president and chief operating officer, in 1995. In that role, Mr. Maciariello managed the Compass Diversified business opportunities, and was responsible for the financial and strategic supervision of the subsidiaries of Compass Diversified.

Compass U.S. settled with $18m for its 2016 overcharging for school meals.
The United Nations suspended Compass in October 2005 following allegations that it had engaged in contracting bid rigging. It was claimed Compass Groups subsidiary, ESS, may have received classified information inappropriately concerning a three-year contract for supplying food and water to United Nations peacekeepers in Liberia. In 2016, New Zealands Southern DHB (District Health Board) received multiple complaints regarding the quality of the food served in Dunedin Hospital, where the 15-year contract was controversially awarded to Compass Group in 2015.
In 2019, Chartwells higher education dining services, a subsidiary of Compass Group, terminated its higher education dining services contract with Cenikor, a substance abuse rehabilitation facility which had provided food service labor to the cafeterias of Louisiana State University. Compass Group plc provides dining services at locations including offices and factories, schools, universities, hospitals, large sports and cultural venues, coal mine camps, correctional facilities, and offshore oil platforms. The revival this year of the US economy, where Compass does two-thirds of its business, has transformed the businesss operations.
