Starbucks has continued to reshape its organizational structure and senior team through 2025, with changes aimed at tightening accountability and accelerating execution under CEO Brian Niccol. 

In 2025 the company revived the Chief Operating Officer role, promoting Mike Grams, formerly Chief Coffeehouse Officer for North America, to COO with responsibility for global store operations, coffeehouse development, and the worldwide supply chain.
